Eka Software Solutions, the leading global provider of Smart Commodity Management software solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Amit Sureka as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sureka will be responsible for Eka’s global financial activities including budgeting, analysis, reporting, regulatory compliances and M&A.
Before joining Eka, Mr. Sureka was the Group CFO of Jubilant Retail, a division of the US$2 billion Jubilant Group. Prior to that, Mr. Sureka was the CFO & Director of MphasiS BPO (MsourcE), where as a key member of the leadership team, he helped grow the organization into one of India’s larger players in IT/BPO sectors, and successfully structured the merger with EDS. He also served as Vice President at Union Bank of California (USA). Mr. Sureka started his career with KPMG, where he worked in different capacities in the Corporate Finance and Audit & Business Advisory team, and also worked on international listing assignments for KPMG’s clients.
