Eka Software Solutions, the leading global provider of Smart Commodity Management software solutions, today announced the appointment of Srinivas Kalale as Vice President, Corporate Development. Srinivas will be responsible for global strategic partnerships and alliances, acquisitions and new growth opportunities at Eka.

During his career Srinivas has provided strategic leadership to business teams in the areas of Investment Banking, M&A, Strategy, Product Management and Business Development. Before joining Eka Srinivas was in charge of the India Advisory Practice at The Chesapeake Group, a New York based M&A advisory firm. He has over 19 years of corporate experience with Pharus Advisors and Oracle Corporation among others.

Srinivas holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, an MSc in Computer Science from University of Illinois, Chicago and an MBA from the Haas School of Business; University of California, Berkeley.
